Potential Email Fraud Alert

PTCO leadership should be aware that several of our PTCOs have recently received 'sketchy' emails in their inboxes asking for funds to be transferred - see example below. Please be on alert for this type of email, and contact your PTCO president immediately if you encounter a similar situation. It would be a good idea to review with your board your procedures for handling money transfers, as well as potential fraud situations. Please continue to let Parents Council know if you do run across this situation so that we may properly document the occurances and contact district resources if/when necessary.
