Parents' Council Important Deadlines

Just a reminder, as a PTCO within the Cherry Creek School District, you fall under Parents' Council's non-profit umbrella. We are required to collect certain documents from you to remain compliant. If you haven't done so already, please forward all documents to documents@ccparentscouncil.org and to assist with document management, please name the documents accordingly:

School Name_Document Name_2019.doc - for example, ABCElementary_Affiliation Letter_2019.doc

Please forward the following items to us as soon as you can (as mentioned in training, we would like to have items by 10/15/19, or by 10/31/19 at the latest)

  • Annual dues of $65 sent to:

Parents' Council, 14603 E Fremont Ave, Centennial, CO 80112 or via inter-district mail (view invoice)

  • Affiliation letter (visit our Templates page for sample documents)

  • Copy of approved budget for the current school year

  • Year-end financial statement for the previous school year

  • Most recent and up-to-date copy of your PTCO Bylaws*.

  • Most recent and up-to-date copy of your financial policies*, including your cash/check policy

*If your bylaws and/or financial policies are dated prior to Sept. 2018, please update before submitting to Parent's Council.
