January 20th Deadline for Sales Tax Licence Filing!
If you have a sales tax license the state deadline is January 20. Zero dollar returns must be filed. The state can forfeit your license due to non-file. The DR-100 is your form and can be found here >>.
ALSO - city returns vary and you should check your city websites. Below is the refresher slide from our treasurer training regarding sales tax.
City of Denver is due January 20 and we believe Glendale is also due but you are ultimately responsible for your returns! Parents' Council wants to help you stay up-to-date with your tax filings.
